My Secret Luxury offers FREE standard shipping on ALL orders for all US customers in all 50 US states, US Territories and US Armed Forces (AFO/FPO addresses).

For our Canadian customers, My Secret Luxury offers FREE standard shipping on ALL orders above $75. The desciption on the Customs form will be "massager" or "lotion." We are not liable for any additional tariffs, import duties or international taxes that the Canadian government may impose.

If you would like your purchase to be received faster, you may select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for an additional fee.

Orders for in stock items are processed with 24 - 72 hours. If you need to ensure that your order arrives by a certain date, please give us a call us at 888.959.3357 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments and tracking numbers via an email shipment confirmation.  In all cases, the packages will be shipped in discrete containers.

All Post Office Boxes must be confirmed with photo ID.
 

International Shipping

My Secret Luxury ships internationally for a flat fee from $20 to $75 depending on the country being shipped to and your choice of shipping. All orders are sent either by USPS International, which is not trackable once it leaves the United States, or DHL, which is trackable. 

The desciption on the Customs forms will be "massager" or "lotion." We are not liable for any additional tariffs, import duties or international taxes that your local government may impose. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks. Please check your local customs regulations so that you are aware of laws within your country. All items that we sell are legal in the USA. However, if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the customs agents and local post office make all final delivery arrangments. Please contact your local post office for delivery information. My Secret Luxury is not responsible for your package once it leaves the United States. Please note: The following countries have been known to seize packages: Kuwait, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, click on the "Track Order" link found on the bottom of every page. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
