Customer Satisfaction

At My Secret Luxury, we always stand behind the quality of our luxury sex toys and accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or any part of your experience, we will do whatever we can to make things right. We will not allow a bad experience to get in the way of your passion.

    • If your item is damaged or defective | My Secret Luxury accepts returns of damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase for US orders only. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item. Upon return of the damaged or defective item, we will happily send a replacement.  (My Secret Luxury cannot be held liable for any damage claims for shipments outside of the US due to the various customs departments and mail carriers that come in contact with the items and the package.) 
       
    • If you are dissatisfied with an item that has NOT been opened | Unopened items in original packaging may be returned, at your expense, for a merchandise credit (less a 25% disposal fee) within 30 days. 
       
    • Items that cannot be returned for any reason: 
       
      • Opened or used intimate apparel such as dildo panties
      • Condoms
      • Lotions
      • Lubricants

We appreciate your understanding that My Secret Luxury is in the business of pleasure and pleasure cannot be measured. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any items that have been opened or used. Nevertheless, if you are not fully satisfied with a product you bought from us, please contact us and we will make every effort to find a pleasurable solution.
