At MySecretLuxury, we always stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or any part of your experience, we will do whatever we can to make things right. We will not allow a bad experience to get in the way of your passion.

    • If your item is damaged or defective | MySecretLuxury accepts returns of damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase. Upon return of the damaged or defective item, we will happily send a replacement or exchange or a gift card.  
       
    • If you are dissatisfied with an item | Unopened items in original packaging may be returned for an exchange or gift card within 30 days.

We appreciate your understanding that MySecretLuxury is in the business of pleasure and pleasure cannot be measured. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any items that have been opened or used. Nevertheless, if you are not fully satisfied with a product you bought from us, please contact us and we will make every effort to find a pleasurable solution.
